"Visited First Stop to fix my car's track rod steering arm for the NCT test. Dropped it off at 9am, it was ready by 4pm, and performance improved noticeably—no more noise hitting ramps. "Found myself in dire straits when I noticed the rear tyre in my rental had a nail in it . Arrived @lunchtime and the 3 gentleman behind the desk where just finishing their lunches with quite a few cars inside ..and seemed like id be there for hours …after few minutes they asked me pull in and rectified the problem..with such ease and Grace . The place was buzzing with customers and I watched in awe at how quick and nice the three techs were . an older lady arrived while I was there and the gave her the same quick honest service. cannot say enough about how professional decent the guys ."
